You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless unauthorised use results from the operator’s fault.

Access may be suspended or restricted where necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with legal obligations.

The platform is designed to help users create, organise, edit, and manage short-form narrative projects and related creative assets, and may include AI-assisted generation and workspace tools.

Features may be modified, improved, suspended, or discontinued from time to time.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable for specific professional or commercial use without human review.

Users remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating generated content before relying on it or using it elsewhere.

You remain responsible for the content you upload, store, or generate through the platform.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use your content. You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights, violates confidentiality obligations, or is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent.

As between you and the operator of VerticalDrama Studio, you generally retain rights you lawfully hold in your content, subject to the licence needed to host, process, store, display, secure, and deliver the service.

You grant a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, format, display, and transmit content as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, enforce the rules, and maintain security.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown before purchase. Taxes, processor behaviour, and exchange rules may vary depending on location and provider setup.

For subscriptions, mandatory consumer rights remain applicable where required by law.

If a subscription charge is unavailable due to a fault of the platform, or there is a proven unauthorised or duplicate transaction, the case may be reviewed and resolved in accordance with applicable law.

You may not:

bypass security or access controls;

infringe third-party intellectual property rights;

use the service for fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, or unlawful conduct;

interfere with platform integrity, payment flows, or moderation.

Content may be removed or accounts closed where there is a reasonable belief that a user has breached these Terms, created unacceptable legal or security risk, infringed rights, or undermined the reliability of the platform.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Efforts are made to keep it reliable, but uninterrupted availability, specific creative outcomes, or legal suitability of user-generated content are not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable damages directly caused by a breach and does not extend to indirect, incidental, reputational, or speculative losses, except where such limitations are not permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the service, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the user’s place of residence.
